Meni turmush o‘rtog‘im vafot etganligi sababli boquvchisini yo‘qotganlik pensiyasini olib kelaman. Hozirgi kunda men taqdir taqazosi bilan boshqa turmushga chiqmoqchiman. Savolim shuki, agar men qonuniy tartibda yangi nikohdan o‘tadigan bo‘lsam men olib kelayotgan boquvchisini yo‘qotganlik pensiyam to‘xtab qoladimi yoki davom etaveradimi ?

⚡️JAVOB:

«Fuqarolarning davlat pensiya taʼminoti to‘g‘risida»gi qonunning 23-moddasiga binoan, er yoki xotinning vafot etganligi sababli tayinlangan pensiya pensioner yangi nikohdan o‘tganida ham saqlanib qolinishi belgilangan.

✏️ Pensiya saqlanadi. Turmush o‘rtog‘ingiz vafot etganligi sababli Sizga uni qaramog‘ida bo‘lganligingiz uchun tayinlangan boquvchisini yo‘qotganlik pensiyasi Siz yangi nikohdan o‘tganligingiz uchun to‘xtatilmaydi.
